Belden builds innovation into all the products they offer, and this is clearly evident in their vast line of Networking Cables. Belden’s cable options are directly in-line with customers needs; tuning their cables to perform at specific levels in order to support specific customer applications. All cables are designed to exceed their associated standard Categories, providing assurance that these cables will deliver reliable signal transmission performance even under difficult environmental situations.
And only Belden provides Networking Cables in either Bonded-Pair or Nonbonded-Pair constructions. The choice will depend on the type of signals supported, the critical nature of the information transmitted, and the stability of the networking environment. Belden’s Bonded-Pair Cables feature a patented design which provides superior integrity and electrical performance from the reel to real life – through all the stresses of installation and post-installation maintenance. Belden calls this unique capability Installable Performance®.
10GX Cables – Category 6A – Up to 860 MHz |
Belden’s use of RoundFleX technology randomizes the distance between pairs in a cable and its neighboring cables, so both ANEXT and AFEXT coupling are improved. Belden 10GX Cables are tested in a worst-case scenario – a “6 around 1” cable environment – and still exhibit performance well over the Category 6A standard. In addition, this unique 10GX Cable design is smaller, more flexible and more installer-friendly than other Category 6A cables. Available in both bonded-pair and nonbonded-pair designs. |

DataTwist 4800 Cables – Category 6 – Up to 860 MHz |
DataTwist 4800 Cables consist of 4 pairs of 23 AWG insulated copper conductors, separated by a unique central cross-web that keeps the twisted pairs at a uniform distance from each other. The main benefits of this design: improved PowerSum Crosstalk performance, low Insertion Loss (low signal Attenuation), maximum headroom, a higher PSACR to minimize transmission errors, and a higher data rate capability. Available in both bonded-pair and nonbonded-pair designs. |

DataTwist 3600 Cables – Category 6 – Up to 650 MHz |
DataTwist 3600 Cables consist of 4 pairs of 23 AWG insulated copper conductors, with a round flexible core construction. The patented design features a central spline to provide pair-separation, and matched conductors on all four pairs to provide for extremely stable electrical performance. DataTwist 3600 Cables offer extremely stable transmission characteristics; and a Signal-to-Noise Ratio that is ideal for networks where noise and interference is high. Available in both bonded-pair and nonbonded-pair designs. |

MediaTwist – Category 6 – Up to 550 MHz |
MediaTwist Cables feature exceptional physical uniformity which translates into premier electrical performance benefits for users. MediaTwist has taken Bonded-Pair technology a step further. Its unique crescent shape design ensures that pair-to-pair movement is minimized during installation. The innovative design of MediaTwist provides stable crosstalk and impedance performance both before and after installation. This results in improved signal integrity and reduced signal radiation, making MediaTwist an excellent choice for your Category 6 cable. |
