“We invest in Talent” is not only one of our core Belden values, but also an essential pillar of our strategy. At Belden we set ourselves the ambitious target to recruit for 75% of our senior management positions internally – this means we need a strong succession pipeline and a consolidated talent management system.

Belden has a well implemented talent program on a global basis. This is supported by our functional talent councils which consist of Business and HR leaders who set the KPIs and track the talents and their development on a regular basis. All our talents have individual development plans in place that are regularly reviewed and updated. We also manage our talents on a local basis in EMEA and ensure we support the development of our employees, with opportunities among different functions and specific skills.
