Early Career Leadership Program

Guiding & Supporting the Most Promising Grads from the Very Start 

Belden's Early Career Leadership Program (ECLP) is a cohort-based professional development plan for high-achiever college grads looking to jump start their careers.

This program is designed specifically for recent college graduates seeking to be part of a ‘class’ of future business leaders and benefit from connecting with peers while participating in real-world, challenging, interactive and action-based learning curriculum. With this emerging talent program, participants develop skills to accelerate career growth through three 12-month rotations across different areas of our company. Participants can focus on a variety of functional areas including Finance & Accounting, Business Management, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and others.

Early Career Leadership Program Tracks

We look for talented, accomplished and driven young professionals who aspire to lead others to join an Early Career program that offers challenging and valuable hands-on development over three years.

 

From day one, you’ll become an active member of our team with clear set of deliverables and accountabilities. As an ECLP participant, you’ll have regular opportunities to connect with peers from other Belden functional leadership programs as you participate in an interactive, action-based learning curriculum. Course content is specifically designed to build your knowledge of our core business systems, develop your business acumen and create a strong foundation for building functional and leadership skills. ECLP participants also receive individualized feedback throughout the program and mentoring support from a Belden leader.
