Patience is a Virtue
We know the waiting game can be frustrating at times. We'll contact you if we have the right opportunity for your skills and experience.
Tell Us More
Your first conversation will help us learn more about your experience and alignment with our culture. If that goes well, your second conversation will be with a hiring manager. Successful candidates are then invited to more formal interviews with members of the team. We explore your background, what motivates you and how your goals and objectives align with our company values.* Each step in the process gives you the opportunity to interview us, too—and decide if you feel you would thrive in our organization.
Before you interview with additional associates, you'll be invited to complete a set of assessments. Assessments help us learn more about you and serve as an additional input into our hiring decisions.
Not the Right Opportunity or Timing?
Belden is a dynamic and evolving business. If we don't happen to have a specific opening at this time, we encourage you to stay in touch and keep an eye out for new job postings.
Congratulations! You got the Job!
We will give you a call and share the good news then follow up with your written offer that will outline all the important details, including benefits. To accept, you simply login to your careers portal to accept the job.
Before you start, we complete a background screening. All new hires go through a screening process pursuant to company policy and local laws.
It’s Go Time!
We will keep you updated between the time you accept and the time you start. We will make sure you know when and where to show up and what to expect on your first day to ensure you make a great first impression!
