Customer Portal is available worldwide at https://hirschmann-support.belden.eu.com at any time. You can easily register to this portal by providing your name and email address.
As soon as a ticket is created it will be routed automatically to relevant regional support group. All information and communication between you and Belden Support will be documented within this ticket. If the issue is not resolved, it is then escalated to Level 2 and eventually to Level 3 support. Current ticket state and ticket history is transparent for all relevant people.
Tickets will never be closed unless Belden Support asks you to either accept or decline suggested solution.
You will be informed by email automatically on any change of the ticket. The unique ticket ID can be used as reference number when calling Belden hotline. The Customer Portal’s Download Section contains tools and latest software for our products.
