He earned a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, and holds an MBA from Wharton.

Katherine is a subject matter expert on security and compliance policies, with years of specialty in energy and electric utilities, NERC CIP, NIST, CIS Top 20, PCI and other security frameworks necessary to ensure foundational controls are in place against potential threats
