Wendell Strong - 250x250Wendell Strong is a 35-year veteran of the commercial lighting industry and serves as the GENISYS PoE lighting manager for Innovative Lighting, an Iowa-based LED fixture manufacturer of 25 years. He has served as president and executive board member of the National Association of Innovative Lighting Distributors (NAILD), and was instrumental in creating two lighting specialist training programs that are now used by manufacturers and distributors. Wendell has practiced as a lighting efficiency professional and has been recognized as an expert witness in lighting by the Arizona Superior Court. In addition to his present duties as the GENISYS PoE lighting manager, Wendell also serves on the board of the Iowa Association for Energy Efficiency (IAEE).

Technology and Applications Manager for LAN, Belden

Ron_TellasRon is the Technology and Applications Manager for LAN at Belden. He represents Belden in the ISO WG3 committee and TIA TR42 Premises Cabling Standards and serves as the editor of the revision to TIA TSB-184; Guidelines for Supporting Power Delivery Over Balanced Twisted-Pair Cabling. Ron has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University.
