This course builds on the experience gained from Industrial Networking (CT2), providing network experts with intensive theoretical and practical knowledge about unicast and multicast routing. Special emphasis is placed on deploying routing protocols in complex industrial environments. This enables the participants to provide comprehensive support, both for demanding projects and their daily work.
System Engineers, Network Designers and Support Technicians who are building, supporting or migrating an Industrial Ethernet network.
Previous attendance of CT1 and CT2 courses OR passing grade on HiES and HiNP exams is required. The participant should bring a laptop with Ethernet connection.
This course prepares the attendee for the HiRP: Hirschmann Industrial Routing Professional certification, which is valid for two years. The exam is included as part of the course, however the course is not required to take the exam and become certified. The cost to take the exam only is $100 – click here for further instructions.
