Belden’s Early Career Leadership Program (ECLP) is a global cohort-based professional development program for recent Masters graduates to jump start their careers in a high-energy environment with opportunities to accelerate their professional growth.

We're actively looking for driven young professionals who aspire to be Belden’s future business leaders to participate in real-world, challenging, interactive and action-based learnings.

In EMEA, the ECLP is a three-year program consisting of three 12-month rotations across different areas of your chosen track. Possible tracks include Research & Development, Finance, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Sales, Marketing and Human Resources. Generally, ECLPs start at our locations in Venlo (the Netherlands) or Neckartenzlingen (Germany). 

Next to the countless program highlights that are applicable globally, the following are specific to the EMEA region:

Mentorship Program

A core component of the Early Career Leadership Program is the Mentorship Program to further support personal growth and professional development of our ECLPs. In EMEA, Belden ECLPs are paired with an experienced senior leader from from a a different functional area to support cross-functional learning and broaden the participant's business perspective.

International Rotation

One unique part of the Early Career Leadership Program in EMEA is one rotation takes place at a different Belden site within the region to allow for networking and enhance participants' understanding of our business. Rotations can be, but are not limited to, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and the Czech Republic.

Travel Opportunities

In addition to core requirements training, part of the Early Career Leadership Program are training events that bring together the entire global ECLP cohort in Indianapolis, IN (USA) to network and learn from your peers.

What you will bring:

• You are passionate, enthusiastic, and ready to take on a challenge
• You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field of study
• You aspire to build a career and take on a a management role 
• You demonstrate leadership aptitude and have a strong desire to build a career in your chosen field
• You have completed at least two relevant internships and have less than one-year working experience
• You have strong verbal and written communication and are fluent in English (Additional languages are advantageous, e.g., Dutch, German or French)
• You are willing to relocate
