Technical Solutions EMEA

Globally, Belden has invested in five Customer Innovation Centers (CIC), where we connect, engage and collaborate with  customers. Our EMEA CIC located is located in Neckartenzlingen, Germany. We are technical experts , actively engaging with customers to deliver technical consulting, project management and support services. Technical Solutions team members are also actively involved in regional educational events.

Solution Consultant: These roles are based in Belden CICs are are client-facing. Solution Consultants offer essential technical knowledge while partnering with Belden Sales Consultants to shape specialized solutions for specific verticals. 

Service Engineer: This technical role is the backbone of our service delivery methodology. Service Engineers are typically located at customer sites and perform essential network assessments and site surveys while offering deep expertise in specific technologies. 

Finance Team (EMEA)

Belden's EMEA Finance team spans multiple countries with associates based in Belgium, England, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland. Collectively, this team is tasked with executing EMEA strategic and operational plans.

The Belden finance team is based on 4 pillars:

Financial Planning and Analysis: These team members take a deep dive in actual business performance and work closely with stakeholders on forecasting activities.

Commercial Finance: Commercial Finance associates work closely with sales and business development team to continuously refine insights.

Business Administration and Controlling:  Close collaboration between the finance, sales and commercial operations is necessary to manage terms and conditions and support revenue and margin planning from offer to post-deployment and support.

Accounting: Our accounting team ensures reliable delivery of actuals and compliance with all local requirements (e.g., USGAAP, SOX, etc).

Belden Human Resources (EMEA)

We are a diverse global team of HR experts with representatives in Germany, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, UK, Denmark, Hungary, Belgium and Tunisia. The EMEA Belden HR team promotes a strong sense of belonging and are tasked as enablers for business results and employee growth and development.

Our team is responsible for overall order fulfillment processes, forecasting across all plants (from order entry to supplier management), and ensuring the availability of raw materials and finished goods, to customer delivery.

  4. Online Assessment

    If the functional interview proves positive for both of us, we will send you an online assessment to find out more about you and your work preferences.

  5. Onsite Interviews & Meet the Team (90-min+)

    After the successful completion of the online assessment, we will invite you to one of our locations for an in-person interview and give you the opportunity to meet your potential future colleagues and the team.
