Belden Announces 2020 Distributor Value Award Winners
Belden is proud to announce the recipients of its 2020 Distributor Value Award. These awards recognize Partner Alliance Distributors that live out at least one of Belden’s six core values every day. These six values emphasize results and continuous improvement and encourage employees and distribution partners to deliver exceptional experiences to customers.

Each year, Belden’s sales teams will nominate partners based on performance and activities from the prior year and the winners will be carefully selected by the Belden Partner Alliance Committee. The Distributor Value Awards will be presented to six outstanding partners in each of the Belden regions. The past year presented many unique challenges, making these accomplishments even more impressive.

French Gerleman: We Invest in Talent
French Gerleman, a fifth-generation, family-owned business, offers innovative product and supply chain solutions to support industrial, commercial, contractor and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers. Specializing in profit-boosting automation, electrical supply, data communications, mechanical power transmission and safety products, French Gerleman serves customers regionally, nationally and internationally.
The company demonstrated impressive talent investments in 2020. French Gerleman invested in extensive Belden industrial solutions training and is now equipped to identify customer challenges, drive specification and deliver outcomes for ruggedized industrial environments.

Nedco / Rexel: Continuous Improvement is Our Way of Life
Nedco, a banner of Rexel, is a world leader in the distribution of products, services and electrical solutions, providing a wide range of products to residential electricians, commercial contractors and large industrial organizations across Canada. Nedco offers a wide range of quality products in Lighting, Datacom, Wire & Cable, Power Management and Electrical supplies.
Throughout 2020 Nedco identified new customers and worked closely with Belden to support new solutions, resulting in significant revenue increases. The new customers identified in 2020 are considered net new business and will be ongoing in 2021.
Electronics Supply Co.: We Succeed Together Through Teamwork

Founded in 1952, Electronics Supply Co. is a regional distributor located in Kansas City, MO. It primarily focuses on IT infrastructure solutions, as well as power backup, cooling and security solutions, in the region.
Despite the challenges presented in 2020, Electronics Supply managed to orchestrate a positive growth year with Belden’s products. Consistent teamwork and strategic partnerships regularly produce success with this outstanding regional distributor. The team promotes Belden in all marketing efforts and prioritizes regular training and updates for sales and support staff in regard to Belden solutions.

DDS NETCOM AG: Customers Define Our Success
DDS NETCOM AG is the leading contact in Switzerland for critical OT networks in industry, production and building automation. It offers its services primarily in Switzerland, additionally with its sister company YELLO NETCOM in Germany, but also throughout EMEA.
Under the umbrella of the Hardy Schmitz Group, which has been a reliable supplier and innovative service partner for more than 90 years, DDS NETCOM AG has been creating added value for customers since 1992 through comprehensive expertise and qualifications for excellent service. DDS NETCOM AG ensures this claim on a daily basis at the highest level and guarantees exclusively high-quality products and services for trading companies/wholesalers, planners, integrators and customers.
In 2020, DDS NETCOM AG invested in the expansion of its own cybersecurity expertise and expanded the Belden offering to include Tripwire and ProSoft Technology.
A.J.A. Networking: We Play to Win
A.J.A. has been serving clients in Saudi Arabia with high-quality products and services since it was founded in 1959. Its Electronics & Networking Division was established in 1990 at Jeddah. Now, with branches throughout the Kingdoms, it has become a leading distributor of electronics, data, voice and computer communication solutions.
During 2020, A.J.A. sustainably increased Belden’s share of wallet in structured cabling with a focus on enterprise fiber applications, which grew exponentially compared to previous years. With a stable growth in enterprise applications, A.J.A. reallocated resources to enhance Belden’s share in structured cabling, which led to a significant share gain in the Saudi market.
Adeptor: We Invest in Talent
Based in Norway, Adeptor AS delivers solutions for harsh environments within the oil and gas industry. Since 1999, Adeptor has provided products and solutions for telecom, industrial ethernet, electrical equipment and lighting. By investing in talent, Adeptor offers customers a superior level of pre- and post-sales technical support. The company works with customers to offer the best and most efficient solution.
During 2020, Adeptor engaged with our technical teams, ensuring that Belden and the customer were connected. The result: excellent service for their clients.
Transfer Multisort Elektronik: We Reach for Greatness
Based in Poland, Transfer Multisort Elektronik (TME) is a multi-generational company that has been in operation since 1990. For more than 30 years, TME has grown steadily, gaining experience and becoming one of the most dynamic global distributors of electronic and electrotechnical components, workshop equipment and industrial automation solutions.
Working in close collaboration with Belden, TME’s marketing, sales, product managers and customer service departments stretch to create innovative processes that promote Belden solutions, including Lumberg, Belden and AlphaWire.
In 2020, TME reinforced collaboration with Belden and continued growing the European market, achieving excellent growth in Belden brands solutions during the year.
Mütron: Continuous Improvement is Our Way of Life
Located in Germany, Mütron is the partner of choice for complex, individual electrotechnical solutions. Its product portfolio includes the production of electrotechnical assemblies and cable assemblies, as well as the distribution of electromechanical components. They have established themselves in the market through many years of know-how, focusing on market-leading German and French suppliers and a concentrated range of brands, as well as quality and service competence.
Its team works with commitment, dedication, heart and mind on the future—and on the success of their customers. Mütron offers added value by actively solving problems with the highest levels of competence and humanity. During 2020, Mütron restructured its salesforce, invested in marketing collateral development and became active on social media. The result: significant annual growth with Belden.
ETN: We Succeed Together Through Teamwork
Based in France, ETN has distributed state-of-the-art electrical equipment throughout Europe for over 60 years. With a unique approach to business, service is at the heart of customer relationships.
ETN offers a wide range of products that cover all industrial needs. The expertise of their employees ensures smooth implementation—from set-up to maintenance—in accordance with deadlines and budget requirements. Through the years, ETN has created an inclusive culture that not only encompasses employees, but also extends to suppliers and customers.
During 2020, ETN and Belden worked together to build action plans to develop the energy, transportation and discrete markets, generating significant growth. Their dedicated team of 15 network experts works in close collaboration with Belden. Recently, the company set up a ticketing tool to monitor technical calls from network customers.
