Launch: Early Career Leadership Program

Launch is a global, three-year rotational leadership program for recent college graduates, offering three one-year rotations across different areas of the business. Participants build leadership and business acumen through hands-on, strategic projects, mentorship, targeted development, and opportunities to collaborate with and present to senior leaders. Spanning functions many functions, Launch prepares graduates for successful careers at Belden, with many progressing into leadership or advanced professional roles. Internship program

Belden’s 12-week global internship program provides students with hands-on experience across a range of functions. Interns work on meaningful projects, build practical skills, and gain exposure to Belden’s culture and leadership, while collaborating with experienced professionals and mentors. The program concludes with opportunities for interns to present their work and key learnings—reinforcing real-world impact and professional growth.
