Notes	It is recommended that a duct be filled to about 50% of its depth with optical fibre cords. Thus, a 600mm wide duct typically can carry about 6,860 of Ø2.0mm optical fibre cords or about 2,970 of Ø3mm optical fibre cords, without causing excessive stress on them. The duct is made from a sturdy engineered plastic with a non – halogen, fire retardant properties. The duct connects to other 600mm duct sections and various elbows, tee’s, crosses, reducers, adapters etc., using the 600mm joiner (Part No: TC1279-410A). These items are available separately. A 600mm duct mounting bracket kit (Part No: TC1279-438A) is available separately.
