Notes	The hydraulic hand held duct slotting tool is a means of making duct end slots, easily, simply and quickly i.e. less than 1 minute to make a slot. The hydraulic tool exerts a force of 5 tonnes, and the jaws are made of hardened carbon steel, for a long service life. To operate, place tool on duct side or end, tighten side release valve knob, pump tool gently, until a slot is made. Release valve knob by unscrewing. Push jaw back using front return handle. Slots for joiners are made repeatedly, quickly and accurately. The slotting tool cuts a slot in the duct end to suit a standard connector. The kit is also provided with a plastic tool box, for transport.
